India Cultural Center and Sri Ganesha Hindu Temple of Utah present Thyagaraja and Purandaradasa Aradhana on Friday, May 10 and Saturday, May 11 2019. We request all interested community members who wish to participate in Saturday's day-time events of the Aradhana to register.

About the Event
India Cultural Center and Sri Ganesha Hindu Temple of Utah are proud to present the Thyagaraja and Purandaradasa Aradhana on Friday, May 10 and Saturday, May 11, 2019. We request all interested community members who wish to participate in the Saturday's day-time events of the Aradhana to register.
The Registration has the following options:
Pillari Geethai - 9.30 AM Opening Invocation by children up to ages 15. Participation in this event is free, but registration is required. Once registered you will be contacted by Carnatic Music teacher Smt. Swathy Mahasenan for practices.
Pancharathna Kriti - 9:45 AM Group rendition of Thyagaraja's Kriti's by adults. Participation in this event is free, but registration is required. Once registered you will be contacted by Smt. Savithry Mahalingam for practices.
Due to the enthusiastic interest from the community for the afternoon participation, the registration is now closed. We thank each and everyone for the interest and support.
If your group has already registered for the afternoon community participation, and your payment has to be made, please use the donate tab, and add the Memo Aradhana registration to complete the payment.
Children/Adults Individual and Group performances - 1 PM to 4 PM.
Beginner/Intermediate Students who wish to perform Solo or Duet, perform up to 7 Minutes. Groups of three or more, perform together up to 10 Minutes. Advanced students will perform Solo, for up to 20 Minutes.
The registration fee per participant is:
Beginner/Intermediate Students (Solo or Duet) : $15 / Participant
Groups of 3 or more: $12 / Participant.
Advanced students (Solo) : $50 / Participant.
Accompanist: $15 (One time fee for this event)
Only one slot per performer. Accompanists are allowed to accompany more than once by paying one fee. Please note that, we have limited slots available, and the registration link will close once all the time slots are filled. We encourage you to sign up as soon as possible.
